wine pairing meals<\/li>\n<li>Visits and activities in the C\u00e9vennes region<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These services may include additional services such as: meals, local transport, entertainment, conferences, etc.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);\">The detailed description of the services is available on the website <\/span><strong style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);\">cevenneswinetour.com<\/strong><span style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);\"> and in the personalized quotations.<br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);\">The services offered do <\/span><strong style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);\">not constitute a package holiday<\/strong><span style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);\"> within the meaning of Article <\/span><strong style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);\">L.211-2 of the French Tourism Code<\/strong><span style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>\n<h2><strong> Scope of application<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>These GTC apply to all offers, reservations and agreements between the Organizer and the participant(s) (hereinafter referred to as <strong>\u201cthe Client\u201d<\/strong>), whether individuals or professionals.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>\n<h2><strong> Reservation and confirmation<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>To make a reservation, the Client must return the <strong>signed quotation<\/strong> accepting these GTC.<\/p>\n<p>A reservation becomes final only after <strong>written confirmation from the Organizer<\/strong> and <strong>receipt of the deposit<\/strong> as indicated in the quotation.<\/p>\n<p>The Organizer reserves the right to refuse a reservation in the event of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>insufficient number of participants<br \/>\u2022 unavailability of the estate or other requested activities<br \/>\u2022 requests not complying with safety or age regulations (alcohol reserved for persons <strong>18+<\/strong>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>\n<h2><strong> Prices and payment conditions<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Prices are expressed in <strong>euros (\u20ac), all taxes included<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>They include only the services mentioned in the description of the offer.<\/p>\n<p>The following are <strong>not included<\/strong> (unless otherwise stated):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>transport to the location of the stay<br \/>\u2022 insurance<br \/>\u2022 personal expenses<br \/>\u2022 drinks or meals not mentioned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Prices may be <strong>per unit<\/strong> (depending on the number of services\/persons) or <strong>fixed-price packages<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>If some prices are unit-based, the quotation may include a <strong>minimum billing amount<\/strong> (see following article).<\/p>\n<p>If the price is fixed, the Client agrees to pay the full price regardless of circumstances resulting from their own situation: lower number of participants than expected, food allergies of certain guests, illness or incapacity of participants, reduction of duration, etc.<\/p>\n<p>The Organizer reserves the right to adjust prices prior to reservation. However, prices confirmed to the Client remain <strong>fixed once the reservation is validated<\/strong>, during the validity period stated in the quotation.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Third-party services with negotiated prices included in the offer<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>For the convenience of the Client, the Cevennes Wine Tour offer may include services negotiated specifically for the Client, on which <strong>Cevennes Wine Tour does not apply any margin<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>These are <strong>disbursements<\/strong>, such as: restaurant services, transport, conferences, etc.<\/p>\n<p>These services are clearly identified as disbursements and may be subject to price variations beyond the Organizer\u2019s control.<\/p>\n<p>Any price variation will be communicated to the Client as soon as it is known. The Client may then choose to cancel the service whose price has changed.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Number of participants<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The <strong>final number of participants must be communicated no later than 7 days before the activity date.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This number will serve as the basis for the <strong>final invoicing of unit prices<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Deposit<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>A <strong>deposit of 30% of the total quotation amount<\/strong> is required at the time of booking.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Balance payment<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The remaining balance must be paid <strong>no later than 30 days before the start of the trip\/activity<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>For bookings made <strong>less than 30 days before departure<\/strong>, the full amount is payable immediately.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Payment methods<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Payment may be made:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>by bank transfer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>\n<h2><strong> Minimum billing amount<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>When the service includes <strong>unit prices<\/strong> (for example depending on the number of participants), the quotation may specify a <strong>clearly defined minimum billing amount<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This minimum ensures the quality of the services and covers the Organizer\u2019s fixed costs if the number of services invoiced on a unit basis varies.<\/p>\n<p>If the application of the prices in the quotation leads to a total amount <strong>lower than the minimum billing amount<\/strong>, the minimum will apply.<\/p>\n<p>By accepting the quotation, the Client therefore agrees to pay, under any circumstances (except in the case of duly justified force majeure or application of Article 8 concerning cancellation by the Client), the <strong>minimum billing amount indicated in the quotation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li>\n<h2><strong> Late payment<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>In the event of late payment, in whole or in part, of amounts owed by the Client, the Client will be liable, from the day following the payment due date and <strong>without reminder<\/strong>, for:<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Late payment penalties<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Late payment penalties will be applied at an annual rate of <strong>10%<\/strong>, or the legal rate in force if higher.<\/p>\n<p>These penalties apply until full payment of the amounts due.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Fixed compensation for recovery costs<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In accordance with Article <strong>D.441-5 of the French Commercial Code<\/strong>, a <strong>fixed compensation of \u20ac40<\/strong> for recovery costs will automatically be due by professional clients in the event of late payment.<\/p>\n<p>If the actual recovery costs exceed this amount, additional compensation may be invoiced upon presentation of supporting documents.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Suspension of services<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The Provider reserves the right to <strong>suspend ongoing services<\/strong> or refuse any new reservation until all outstanding amounts have been settled.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Acceleration clause<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In the event of persistent non-payment after reminder, the Organizer may:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>demand immediate payment of all outstanding amounts<br \/>\u2022 implement the necessary debt recovery measures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li>\n<h2><strong> Right of withdrawal (for private clients)<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>In accordance with Article <strong>L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code<\/strong>, dated leisure, accommodation and catering services <strong>do not benefit from any right of withdrawal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>All reservations are therefore <strong>final<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li>\n<h2><strong> Cancellation by the Client<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Cancellations must be communicated <strong>in writing<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In the event of cancellation under the conditions below, <strong>Article 5 concerning the minimum billing amount does not apply<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Cancellation conditions<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>up to <strong>60 days before departure<\/strong>: refund minus <strong>10%<\/strong> of the agreed price<br \/>\u2022 <strong>59 to 31 days<\/strong>: <strong>30%<\/strong> of the agreed amount is due<br \/>\u2022 <strong>30 to 15 days<\/strong>: <strong>60%<\/strong> of the agreed amount is due<br \/>\u2022 <strong>14 to 7 days<\/strong>: <strong>80%<\/strong> of the agreed amount is due<br \/>\u2022 <strong>less than 7 days or no-show<\/strong>: <strong>100% charged<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please note that for stays including restaurant services, the <strong>restaurant partner\u2019s conditions may apply<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Clients are advised to <strong>take out cancellation insurance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"9\">\n<li>\n<h2><strong> Adjustment of the number of participants<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>As indicated in Article 4, the final number of participants must be communicated <strong>no later than 7 days before the activity date<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Changes in the number of participants<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Up to <strong>7 days before the activity<\/strong>: changes may be made <strong>free of charge<\/strong>, subject to the <strong>minimum billing amount (Article 5)<\/strong> stated in the quotation.<\/p>\n<p>Less than <strong>7 days before the activity<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>reduced participants will not give rise to any reduction or refund<br \/>\u2022 additional participants will be invoiced separately and must be paid before the start of the activity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>On the day of the activity<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Any participant added on the same day will only be accepted <strong>subject to availability<\/strong>, and additional costs must be paid <strong>in full before the start of the tour<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Absences or delays on the day of the activity<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Any absence or significant delay by the Client on the day of the activity <strong>does not entitle the Client to any refund<\/strong> for activities not carried out.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"10\">\n<li>\n<h2><strong> Cancellation or modification by the Organizer<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify an activity in the event of <strong>force majeure<\/strong> (such as extreme weather conditions, strikes, illness of guides, closure of estates, safety issues, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>In this case, a suitable alternative will be offered (equivalent service or rescheduling) or the amounts already paid will be <strong>fully refunded<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"11\">\n<li>\n<h2><strong> Participation and personal responsibility<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The Organizer makes every effort to ensure the <strong>safety of participants<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>However, the Client remains responsible for their <strong>own behaviour during tastings<\/strong> and must comply with local rules and safety instructions.<\/p>\n<p>The Organizer cannot be held responsible for damage or injury resulting from <strong>irresponsible behaviour, excessive alcohol consumption or negligence<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The Client must ensure that they are <strong>fit to participate in the proposed activities<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"12\">\n<li>\n<h2><strong> Travel documents and insurance<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The Client is responsible for the validity of their travel documents and for taking out personal insurance covering:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>civil liability in France (if they cause damage or an accident)<br \/>\u2022 trip cancellation<br \/>\u2022 medical expenses in France<br \/>\u2022 accidents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Organizer particularly recommends that <strong>foreign participants take out travel insurance<\/strong> providing these coverages in France.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"13\">\n<li>\n<h2><strong> Liability<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The Organizer makes every effort to ensure the proper execution of the services.<\/p>\n<p>However, the Organizer cannot be held responsible for <strong>loss, damage, accidents or delays caused by third parties or circumstances beyond its control<\/strong>, within the limits of applicable law.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"14\">\n<li>\n<h2><strong> Personal data<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The collected data is used for <strong>reservation management and commercial communication<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In accordance with the <strong>GDPR<\/strong>, the Client may request access, correction or deletion of their data at:<\/p>\n<p>contact@cevenneswinetour.com<\/p>\n<p>If the Client voluntarily subscribes to the <strong>Cevennes Wine Tours newsletter<\/strong>, their email address will be used exclusively to send information, news and offers relating to our Wine Tours and stays.<\/p>\n<p>Unsubscription is possible at any time by clicking the <strong>unsubscribe link<\/strong> at the bottom of each <strong>report any dissatisfaction immediately<\/strong>, so that the Organizer can provide a solution.<\/p>\n<p>If this is not possible, the Client may submit a <strong>written complaint within 14 days after the end of the activity<\/strong> by email to:<\/p>\n<p>contact@cevenneswinetour.com<\/p>\n<p>The Organizer commits to replying and proposing a solution <strong>within 14 days after receiving the email<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"16\">\n<li>\n<h2><strong> Applicable law and disputes<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>These General Terms and Conditions are governed by <strong>French law<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the competent courts will be those of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the <strong>Client\u2019s place of
